Message for U.S. Citizens in Gambia: Town Hall Meeting January 6, 2017

To all U.S. citizens:

U.S. Embassy Banjul invites adult U.S. citizens resident in The Gambia and adult guardians of U.S. citizen minor children to a Town Hall Meeting at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2017. 

Please register if you would like to attend.

We will have a presentation on emergency preparedness and discuss American Citizen Services available at the Embassy.

The Town Hall Meeting is only open to adult U.S. citizens over the age of 18 years or adult guardians of U.S. citizen minor children.

Please RSVP by Thursday, January 5th, 2017.  Registration will be open until that date, or while spaces last.  To register, please RSVP to at 439-2856 ext. 2130, or emailConsularBanjul@state.gov.

Important Notes:  Attendees must bring their U.S. passport in order to enter the Residence.  Adult guardians of U.S. citizen minor children should bring their own passport and their child’s U.S. passport.  Please be on time; no admittance after 10 a.m.   To avoid delays at the security check-in, you may wish to leave your phones, cosmetics, and metal items at home. Tea, coffee, and cookies will be provided after the meeting.
